Polyurethane Paint
We have touched on the differences between powder coat and polyurethane paint. Here is a frame that came to us from Sperry, OK. The owner wanted it right so he bypassed a chance to get it powder coated in his home town for less money. The frame has the correct gloss without orange peel. It has the correct thickness and the threads are not clogged up. The VIN is still visible. It can also be repaired and touched up. When cured, polyurethane is extremely durable.
